Saturday, Jun 25 · 10:00am – 6:00pm · GCCR Event Hall · Free Admission
Come one, come all in celebration of equality! GCCR and MCC Richmond invite you to join as we celebrate and remember all of the brave people before us that took a stand against discrimination at Stonewall. Live music performances by Gaye Adegbalola, Rachel Leyco, Roddy Barnes, Teresa Whitesell, Matt Manion, SIX and more! Shop for that special gift from a wide variety of art and craft vendors! Local non-profits will be there with valuable information to share. We will have fun activities for children and youth, and food and drinks will be available for purchase. Admission is free, and all ages are welcome.
Leadership from MCC Richmond and GCCR will also talk about where we’ve been and where we’re going from here. Door Prize Tickets will be given to all attendees that donate a non-perishable food item for the MCC Food Pantry.
Interested in being an artisan, food or non-profit vendor? Register while spots are still available by contacting Stephanie Smith at 804-497-0966 or Stephanie.firstname.lastname@example.org.
After the Festival, hang around and end the day with a FREE preview of the PBS Special American Experience – Stonewall Uprising!
