For more than 17 years ROSMY has existed as source of support, education, advocacy and opportunities to ensure gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth an equal opportunity for success. Today, with the support of dedicated volunteer and paid staff, ROSMY provides three core services across Virginia in our on-going commitment to “helping youth be themselves”. ROSMY’s core services include:

Youth Engaged in Leadership (YEL)
ROSMY’s structure curriculum designed to help develop the next generation of leaders supporting the GLBTQ community.
ROSMY’s Institute for Equality
A comprehensive series of professional training designed to support youth and family service providers in assessing and effectively responding to the needs of GLBTQ youth in their service settings. This fee-for-service program is accredited by the National Association of Social Works for up to six (6) CEU credits per training.
