Richmond Bisexual Network (ROBIN) Meeting

ROBIN is coming out…again! After years of virtual presence on the web at Geocities, Yahoo Groups, Facebook and our blog on WordPress, ROBIN (Richmond Bisexual Network) is now ready to rise again in physical form at GCCR! Our first meeting will be on Monday evening, January 31st at 7:00-8:30 pm. The topic will be “Hello again, and what’s next for ROBIN?”

We will begin having monthly meetings for discussion and support, supplemented by social gatherings and opportunities for activism and networking. Get in on the beginning of the latest chapter for ROBIN (founded in 1993). Help shape a brighter future for all people who identify ourselves as Bisexual or are questioning and curious about if they might be bisexual. Read More…

GCCR Thanks Our 2010 Donors

GCCR completed our third year of full-service community center operations in 2010. More than twenty groups hosted events and meetings at GCCR, and none incurred a charge. We brought the community together to oppose Westboro Baptist Church, to coordinate joint action through the Central Virginia Rainbow Partnership, to educate with the exhibit Nazi Persecution of the Homosexuals, and to obtain the recognition from our leaders we deserve when Mayor Dwight Jones named November 21 Transgender Day of Remembrance in Richmond.

All of this was made possible with the help of our generous donors listed below. Our programs, services, outreach and community support would not have been possible without their generosity. Click here to see the complete list of donors.
